Caregiver Workshop w/ ADRC
The Aging and Disability Resource Center of Central Wisconsin will offer a free one-hour program for caregivers, called Finding Harmony, at the TB Scott Free Library on Wednesday, September 30th from 2:00-3:00 p.m. This program is designed to provide family caregivers with strategies to recognize their sources of stress and implement tools to both reduce and manage stress.
