DESCRIPTION:Council Grounds State Park is holding its annual photo contest. The contest is organized by the Park's Friends group. Come and enjoy the Park and remember to bring a camera along to take photos for the contest!\n\nContest Categories\n\n1.     Plants (close ups of wildflowers\, shrubs\, trees\, etc.) \n\n2.     Wildlife (animals\, birds\, insects\, etc.)\n\n3.     People using the Park(do not include photographs of clearly identifiable people)\n\n4.     Landscapes (broad view scenes\, sunsets\, sunrises\, river etc.)\n\nAll photos must be taken inside the boundaries of Council Grounds Park between August 1\, 2020 and July 31\, 2022.  Only 1 photo per person\,  Photos must be in color and submitted as a high-resolution digital jpeg file\, attached to an email sent to cgphotos@hotmail.com  Each photo submitted must include: a. category  b. Date taken  c. Photographers name d. Mailing and email address e. Phone number
