Each step of the sourdough process will be demonstrated\, along with some hands on learning. Each student will be provided with a loaf of sourdough bread*\, an active starter\, a guide on making sourdough\, and a few recipes to get you started on making your own bread at home. Great for the absolute beginner and those looking to expand their practice! All supplies needed to complete the workshop are included in the price. The class is limited to 12 participants. You can register for the workshop in-store\, online or over the phone. In order to reserve your spot\, you must make the payment while reserving. We ask that you register by noon the day prior to the workshop. If you miss the deadline to register\, we ask that you call the store and ask if we have any availability for the workshop.
