DESCRIPTION:Join us on August 25th for a bike ride on the scenic River Bend Trail along the Wisconsin River including Council Grounds and the streets of Merrill. Check-in begins at 9 a.m. and the ride starts at 10 a.m. The course will be open until 1:00 p.m. Both courses will start and end at the Agra Pavilion at 400 S. Park Street\, Merrill. Event will be held rain or shine.\n\nWe design the event to be budget-friendly for families while raising funds for our trail! The cost for the ride is $15 per person or $30 per family. If you have a membership as a Friend of the River Bend Trail there is a discounted registration fee of $10 per person. Participants will be guarantee a drawstring backpack if register by Friday\, August 1\, 2018. Refreshments\, snacks and lunch will be available with registration. All proceeds support the construction of the Agra Pavilion.\n\nRegistration Form: Ride the River Registration Form\n\nHow long should the course take?\n\nRiders will have the option to travel either 5.5 miles or 12 miles on this self-guided\, leisure bike rider\, following the same route but breaking off and looping through Council Grounds State Park. A map of the courses will be posted soon on our website.\n\n How do I get there?\n\nPlease consider biking to the event or parking off-site and biking in. Limited parking is available at the Agra Pavilion. We will email you alternative parking details when it gets closer to the event.\n\nThis event is part of a day of Celebrating the River Bend Trail. Join us for music\, food and fun at the Pork Out for the Pavilion event at the River Bend Trailhead on Park Street following Ride the River.
