DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a fun\, all-day event in support of the (Brandtly) Clark Family of Merrill!\n\n              :\n\nBrandtly Clark-Son of Matt and Hailey Clark of Merrill-was diagnosed in November of 2021 (6 days after his 4th birthday) with Stage-4 Wilm's Tumor\, which is a form of kidney cancer.\n\nBrandtly underwent chemotherapy and radiation treatment and had his left kidney removed.\n\nHe was cancer-free for 1 year.\n\nDuring his annual check-up\, medical staff discovered a spot on Brandtly's lung\; later confirmed to be a relapse of Wilm's Tumor.\n\nOn July 24\, 2023 Brandtly started a clinical trial with aggressive chemotherapy and eight ( rounds of radiation.\n\nBrandtly receives treatment every 21 days.\n\nBrandtly must be hospitalized 3-5 days at a time at Marshfield Clinic Children's Hospital\, during which he is accompanied by his mom Hailey.\n\nBrandtly has received several blood transfusions and platelet transfusions\, with more to be expected.
