Cameron Gillie has been a photojournalist at daily newspapers for ten years and then a full-time freelancer for nearly 20 years. Nature photography and stories about the environment and the outdoors have always been a passion of his. The book is an eclectic collection of photographs, but any journey as epic as hiking across an entire state is bound to be composed of a wide range of unique, eclectic experiences.
