Art/Craft Festival

Chalk Art at Normal Park - the sidewalks embracing Normal Park are the target of artists of all ages, professional and greenhorn during the Art/craft Festival.  With no fee to artists, areas of sidewalk will be assigned to participants to create their own fanciful chalk drawing.  1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards will be handed out to the best drawing.  For more information, please visit www.merrillparkandrec.com
