No experience needed—everyone is welcome. We'll focus on simple, accessible poses and basic alignment, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced, you’ll be guided to work at your own level, respecting your body’s needs.

Our practice centers on mindfulness and awareness. Through gentle movements, breathwork, and guided relaxation, we’ll cultivate presence and calm, allowing stress to melt away.

In our fast-paced world, it's vital to prioritize self-care. Slow Mindful Yoga gives you the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself, helping to calm your nervous system and promote relaxation.

What to bring: Please bring a yoga mat and a foldable blanket for padding. (I do have a few extras if needed). Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely.
