We are offering 3 Packages.
1. General Wellness $30  
Includes: LIPID PANEL, CMP, CBC W/DIFF, AND A1C Plus Blood Pressure, Height, Weight and BMI. The Lipid Panel is used to assess levels of cholesterol and fat in the blood. CMP measures blood sugar (glucose) levels, electrolyte and fluid balance, Kidney Function, and Liver Function. CBC W/DIFF. This panel of tests looks for many illnesses in your blood. And A1C measures your average blood glucose, or blood sugar, level over the past 3 months.
2. Women's Wellness $40
Includes: LIPID PANEL, CMP, CBC W/DIFF, A1C, TSH, AND Blood Pressure, Height, Weight and BMI
The Lipid Panel is used to assess levels of cholesterol and fat in the blood. CMP measures blood sugar (glucose) levels, electrolyte and fluid balance, kidney function, and liver function. CBC W/DIFF This panel of tests looks for many illnesses in your blood.  The A1C measures your average blood glucose, or blood sugar, level over the past 3 months, and a TSH test is done to find out if your thyroid gland is working the way it should. It can tell you if it's overactive (hyperthyroidism) or under-active (hypothyroidism). The test can also detect a thyroid disorder before you have any symptoms
3. Men's Wellness $40
Includes: LIPID PANEL, CMP, CBC W/DIFF, A1C and PSA AND Blood Pressure, Height, Weight and BMI.  The Lipid Panel is used to assess levels of cholesterol and fat in the blood. CMP measures blood sugar (glucose) levels, electrolyte and fluid balance, kidney function, and liver function. CBC W/DIFF This panel of tests looks for many illnesses in your blood. The A1C measures your average blood glucose, or blood sugar, level over the past 3 months, and a PSA measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in your blood. PSA is a protein produced by both cancerous and noncancerous tissue in the prostate, a small gland that sits below the bladder in males.
 
*Before having a PSA test, men should not have ejaculated during the previous 48 hours. Semen released during sexual activity can cause PSA levels to rise temporarily, which may affect the test results. For the same reason, before having a PSA test men should not have: exercised vigorously in the previous 48 hours.

Make sure to fast for this event, so nothing to eat or drink for 9 hours before your appointment.
