Merrill Historical Society Cemetery Tour
Join local historians Jane Francoeur and Wayne Vandre for a walk through history. The 2016 theme is "Women at Work and in Business". Featured Women are: Mabel Downie Wittman, Etta Noel Akey, Josephine Poirier, Jane Bierman, Bertha and Lillian Fleischfresser, and Evelyn Broecker.
Please Note:
- The tour is an hour and a half long, all spent walking and standing.
- Children under 12 won't find much to entertain them (no discounts)
- Park near the Merrill Memorial Park sign and flagpole along Memorial Drive.
- Bring a flashlight to the 6pm tour.
