Importance of Broadband in Local Business Development Community Foundation, UW-Extension, LC Ec. Development, Church Mutual, and the Merrill Chamber will be offering a series of 4 workshops at the Merrill Eagles Club. Staff at the University of Wisconsin-Extension Center for Community Technology Solutions will discuss how important broadband is to helping businesses expand their markets and remain highly competitive. They will also talk about efforts to bring broadband to smaller cities and rural areas throughout the state. The workshops are free, however you must RSVP by June 7th to the Chamber office 715-536-9474. The fourth workshop is Importance of Broadband in Local Business Development.
