Great businesses make Merrill a welcoming place to visit, and this workshop is designed to help our local hospitality teams start the season confident, energized, and ready to Stand Out in 2026!
As we prepare for the upcoming tourism season, the Merrill Chamber is excited to host a special pre-season workshop designed to support our local hospitality and tourism businesses. Join Kristi Lyn Davis, Hospitality Specialist & Strategist, who brings over 20 years of experience in the industry including ownership and management in restaurants, retail, and lodging, for an interactive session focused on preparing teams, elevating service, and preventing burnout before the busy season begins.
In hospitality, we get one chance to make a first impression when a customer walks through our doors. This workshop will share practical strategies to create those special touches that make guests feel welcomed and valued. Experiences that not only bring them back but also inspire them to tell their friends about the great service they received. When businesses focus on customer retention and delivering memorable experiences, it naturally leads to stronger reviews, increased loyalty, higher revenue, and long-term business growth.
Participants will walk away with practical tools to help strengthen their teams, elevate guest experiences, and prepare their businesses for a successful tourism season.
This session is ideal for restaurant owners, lodging operators, tourism businesses, managers, and frontline staff who want to start the season prepared and ready to Stand Out.
Please RSVP to the Chamber if you plan to attend.
We’re excited to support our local hospitality businesses as we prepare for a successful tourism season in Merrill, and we hope you’ll join us for this valuable workshop.
This session is offered at no cost to Chamber business members and their staff.
