Trinity Merrill Lutheran Early Learning Center is looking to hire full-time staff members with benefits.

The ideal candidates will possess a strong passion for early childhood education, a commitment to fostering a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, and a desire to collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities will include planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities, building positive relationships with children and families, and maintaining a safe and welcoming atmosphere. Applicants should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a robust work ethic, and a genuine affection for working with children. Additionally, candidates should have a thorough understanding of Christian beliefs and values and be able to convey these concepts to the children in an age-appropriate and engaging manner.
