On-site brewing has now begun! We are using locally-sourced ingredients to create unique flavors. We also feature a variety of Wisconsin craft brews with an emphasis on brewers from Central Wisconsin. We offer a variety of tasty snacks which we prepare daily using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. We also welcome you to bring any food that you wish to enjoy at the Sawmill.
