We are pleased to announce that the Lincoln County Forestry Land and Parks Department has transitioned to an online only reservation and trail pass purchase system. As of Tuesday August 26, 2025, users must create an account on our Lincoln County Parks website to reserve a site or purchase a trail pass. Site searches and calendars are included on the website to check for site availability planning purposes. Please refer to these for availability questions as opposed to phoning our office as they are updated real time. Campsites may be reserved up to one year in advance of your planned stay and pavilion rentals may be made at the start of the calendar year. Campsites may still be reserved upon arriving at the campground, if they are available. We understand that cell service can be questionable at our remote sites, especially Camp New Wood. We apologize for the inconvenience but a short drive south on 107 can provide cell service for New Wood. Of course our goal is to provide the opportunity to reserve a site well in advance of arriving at the campground. Along with the new system, some fees will increase. The following is a list of our reservation/purchase options and fees: New Wood Campground $35.00/night Otter Lake Campground $25.00/night Underdown Campground $25.00/night New Wood Pavilion rental $40.00/day plus a $25.00 refundable security deposit. Tug Lake Pavilion rental $40.00/day plus a $25.00 refundable security deposit. We have also upgraded to a pressurized water system at Tug Lake with a water fountain/bottle filler and outdoor shower/foot rinse near the beach.
Underdown Trail Passes will also be sold online: Annual pass $35.00Summer season pass $20.00 Winter season pass $25.00 Summer daily pass $5.00 Winter daily pass $8.00 A credit card use fee of $1.00 for charges up to $40.00 and 2-1/2% for charges over $40.00 will be added.
